Did you know we have a meditation and yoga room at Adamson’s?

All our guests are welcome to use the private space to meditate, stretch or just relax. Catch up on a good book!

 

The popularity of mindful meditation is increasing as more people discover its many health benefits. It’s a practice that reduces stress, improves health, and increases enjoyment.  People also use the practice to develop other beneficial habits and feelings, such as a positive mood and outlook, self-discipline, healthy sleep patterns, and even increased pain tolerance.

 

During your next visit, feel free to ask Cocoe to tour or use the space. You will find a cozy room with cushions, blankets, mats, a weightless chair, books as well as a selection of music, nature sounds and guided meditation or yoga cd’s.

 

Mindfulness is “increasing awareness of your-self and your surroundings”. This awareness improves your overall physical and emotional health.
