Microdermabrasion has a beneficial side effect which helps improve collagen production, tone and elasticity.

Microdermabrasion treatments are suitable for most skin types and tones. It is recommended for the preventative and corrective treatment of fine lines, large pores, acne and sunspots. Most treatments are done during winter months, on a monthly basis and sunscreen is recommended. Microdermabrasion is not suitable for those with severe acne conditions, have diabetes type 1, have had extreme sun exposure or are using Retin A, Accutane or any skin thinning agents.
