OUR INGREDIENTS
All the products contain Opuntia Ficus Indica, commonly known as prickly pear and also named as “Mediterranean aloe” due to its multiple properties.
Nothing goes to waste when it comes to Prickly Pear: indeed leaves, seeds and fruits undergo different processes to obtain precious extracts and oils. Among the other ingredients enriching Opuntia Oil for Men formulas it is worth to mention the Walnut Hull and the Chestnut extract for a superior hydration and the Moringa seed oil to avoid bad odors caused by microorganisms on hair and beard.
Why Opuntia Ficus-Indica?
The Prickly Pear botanical name is Opuntia Ficus-Indica. The Opuntia oil is a very rare and precious oil extracted from pure seeds and cladodes of prickly pear. It ensures antioxidant, regenerative, moisturizing, soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. Due to its high content of essential fatty acids, omega-3 and omega-6, and abundant tocopherols, such as delta7-stigmasterol, it gives the hair unique splendor, protection, softness and combability.
