Spa Etiquette

Upon Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for our therapists to prepare you for your treatment and for you to complete any necessary paperwork.

 

Client Medical History Form

If you are new to Adamson Spa & Salon you will be asked to fill out a confidential client Medical History Form.

This form provides our service providers with the information needed to administer the treatments safely and without complication. Conditions such as pregnancy (or the possibility thereof), recent surgery or various other conditions can conflict with certain treatments and it is in your best interest to complete the necessary medical history form. All information collected is strictly confidential and is only shared with the therapists who will be performing your treatment.

 

Our Team

We cannot guarantee requests for individual team members; however, we will make every attempt to honour your preferences for your favourite service provider.

 

Cancelations

We request the courtesy of at least 72-hour cancelation notice on all spa packages and group bookings and at least 48 hours’ notice on all spa services. Any missed appointments, or appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment or package rate. Call Us at 905-877-1604 or Email Us.

 

Arriving Late

Late arrivals may require us to cancel or reduce the length of treatment with full charges applied. This policy has been established to ensure that subsequent treatment times are not affected by a previous client’s late arrival. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in regard to this policy. If you feel you are running late please call the mainline at 905-877-1604.

 

No Shows

Clients who fail to show for a service appointment will be asked to provide 50% of payment upfront when they are booking their next service – no exceptions will be provided. Please remember to turn off the volume of cell phones, pagers, and personal music systems before entering the spa area.
